6. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you feel we have grossly misrepresented an item...you must contact Beading Emporium within 5 days of receiving your order. Please e-mail us@ returns@beadingemporium.com , and if we can not resolve the issue , we will give you an approval # and the address to which you will send the item back. The item you return must be in its origional packaging and in a completely UNALTERED state. Either a replacement will be sent or your item purchase price, LESS SHIPPING, will be refunded to you. 7.
