All packages are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. The shipping charge is $5.00 FOR ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ON ONE ORDER.

All products are very carefully packaged prior to shipping, so the content does not get damaged, but once the package is handed over to the post office, Beading Emporium has no control.
Shipping Insurance is optional, but we strongly suggest that you purchase it. Beading Emporium will not be liable for damages that occur during shipping, or if the package doesn't reach you.

We try to describe our items the best we can. If you feel we have grossly misrepresented an item you must please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
We will try to straighten out the problem If we are not able to rectify the situation we will approve the return. We will also give you the address to which you will send back the merchandise.
All merchandise must be returned in its origional packaging and in a completely UNALTERED state.
We will then send out a replacement or refund your purchase price LESS the shipping and handling.
